WATCH OUT! #ListenUpNG (ELECTION EDITION)

Hello friends! As we await the next session on #ListenUp where we will be discussing yet another thought provoking #RealLifeIssue, WATCH OUT for this SPECIAL ELECTION EDITION.

Yes! Politics! This is one issue we can’t shy away from. Prior to the postponement of the elections formerly slated for Feb 14th, our topic of discussion was to be: POLITICS? I WILL RATHER SIT ON THE FENCE! The Edition was to encourage and motivate us to perform our civic duty: to vote our conscience.

However, in view of recent happenings in our nation, Nigeria, it is obvious that an average Nigerian has already chosen his or her party of choice. And guess what? People are ready to go to the polls! Amazing!

Consequently, I deem it necessary to change our topic. And so, we will be discussing: POLITICS – DOES IT HAVE TO BE THIS DIRTY? You will agree with me that this is presently the case in our Nation!

Come Sat.28th of March, 2015, we will be going to the polls! (All things being equal *wink*). In this Special Edition, we will be having 2 guests on board to discuss the topic : POLITICS: DOES IT HAVE TO BE THIS ‘DIRTY’?

Our Guests, @yinkanubi and @blossomnnodim will be enlightening us on the fine art of politicking as a patriotic citizen and why our brand of Politics is full of mudslinging. They will be encouraging us to shun violence and embrace peace irrespective of our political leanings. See their profiles below.
